These Terms of Use govern the process of submitting comments online in relation to revision processes of the World Anti-Doping Code, International Standards or other documents.
Making comments on the part of the WADA website dedicated to WADA consultations ([the “Platform- WADAConnect”]) is subject to these Terms of Use.
By using the Platform- WADAConnect and registering your details, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use and you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the Platform- WADAConnect.
WADA may modify these Terms of Use at any time, at its discretion and without notice, and modifications are effective upon being posted on the WADA website.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Use periodically to ensure that you are fully informed of any changes to them.
In order to use the Platform- WADAConnect, you must provide us with current, complete and accurate information, including a valid email address.
Once you are granted access privileges to WADAConnect, you will be entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID, password and account, and for taking reasonable precautions to prevent the inadvertent disclosure of your ID, password or account information.
Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify WADA immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
WADA will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your ID, password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
You may be held liable for any harm or loss (including legal fees related to same) incurred by WADA or another party due to someone else using your ID, password or account.
WADA may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform- WADAConnect if WADA believes your account is being used by an unauthorized person or if you have not complied with these Terms of Use or for any other reason in WADA’s sole discretion.
You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder.
By submitting a comment online, you agree that all comments made in the frame of this consultation process will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
WADA will publish all such comments on its website at the end of each phase of the consultation process. The credentials that you have provided (user name, organization, and organization type) will be posted along with your comments. If you would prefer that your comments are not published or are published anonymously, please contact WADA at connect@wada-ama.org to make your wishes known. We will seek to comply with such requests.

You are solely responsible for the comments you post here. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WADA and its agents with respect to any claims based upon the publication of your comments by WADA.
WADA may remove comments at any time if, in our sole opinion, they are not relevant to the topic, respectful of others, compliant with our acceptable use standards, or otherwise not suitable for this consultation process.
WADA does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy or usefulness of any information posted, nor is responsible, or liable to any third party, for the contents of any message posted by you or any other user of the Platform – WADAConnect. The comments express the views of the author of the message and do not reflect WADA opinions.
WADA has the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that any comments posted by you to the Platform – WADAConnect constitutes a violation of their rights or where necessary to protect WADA’s legal rights and interests.
